Things are finally beginning to settle down, now that school has started and we are all into our new routines, so I thought I would send you a note to say hi and to thank you again for all of your help during the home search/purchase process.

As first time buyers, we knew very little about anything, but once we began working with you, we came to have tremendous confidence in your knowledge, experience and professionalism. Your suggestions about what to look for in a house were extremely helpful. Your advice in the negotiation process was right on the mark. And of course, we are extremely grateful to you for acting as our "project manager" - making appointments with contractors, gathering estimates on needed improvements, staying on top of the paperwork, etc. - and getting everything done to meet a very tight deadline for our closing. As a result, the closing went off without a hitch, we had time to do the work needed on the house, and the move took place as planned with no last minute surprises.

We've all heard horror stories about the home buying process, but we couldn't have been more pleasantly surprised about how positive our experience has been, thanks to your guidance, advice, and hard work. Thanks again for everything.
